Logistics Operations Manager

Kassee Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on logistics operations, including metrics on efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of logistics staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a warehouse environment with frequent lifting and bending.
- Language of Work: English.
