Logistics Operations Manager

Kassee Logistics is seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our logistics operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods and materials, managing inventory, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and materials.
- Team Management: Supervise a team of logistics staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and MS Word.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a warehouse environment with frequent lifting, bending, and standing
- Language: English
- Work Term: Permanent
