Logistics Operations Manager

Kassee Logistics is seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a strong focus on ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on operational performance, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all computer equipment and machinery are in good working order, arranging for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring that they are delivered on time and in the correct quantities.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail
