Job Description

As a key member of the Safran Landing Systems team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational performance of our suppliers meets the highest standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing logistics and quality, driving supplier development, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the evaluation of suppliers during the selection process, ensuring they meet our stringent quality and logistics requirements.
  • Develop and implement monitoring plans to mitigate supplier risk, including ramp-up/down phases and new product introductions.
  • Analyze supplier performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure quality and logistics standards are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to develop and implement quality standards, ensuring compliance with Safran Landing Systems' requirements.
  • Support supplier maturity upgrading plans, promoting best practices and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, quality standards, and lean-sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive business improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
