As a key member of our Clinical Content and Research Development team, you will be responsible for providing public health and communications expertise to support the development of clinical practice guidelines and educational materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and write clear, concise, and evidence-based health communication materials for healthcare providers and the public.
- Collaborate with the Research Team and Communications and Public Affairs Team to ensure that new guidelines and clinical committee opinions are reflected in all web content.
- Lead on sharing new content with the team to ensure it is incorporated into other communications tools.
- Ensure communication activities are based on accepted principles, methods, and best practices.
- Attend internal and external meetings as requested.
- Complete assigned contract deliverables, including required reports, within established timeframes.
- Manage project work, as needed, including quality assurance and deliverable compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field, with relevant experience in a health or scientific setting.
- Expertise in writing and editing health-related content.
- Experience in general website maintenance and content creation.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail and knowledge of appropriate messaging for different audiences.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
