About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advisor to join our Operational Excellence team at EPCOR. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and customer satisfaction through innovative solutions and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive business performance and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with business analysts and the IT team to communicate functional system requirements and business goals
  • Design and implement new processes, policies, procedures, and work practices to achieve performance improvement
  • Provide research, analysis, and solution design to support redesign initiatives
  • Assist Process Owners with developing and executing change management plans for process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure that processes are documented consistently in accordance with EPCOR standards

Requirements

  • Post-secondary training in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related area
  • Certification or education in business process redesign (e.g. Hammer, Six Sigma)
  • Certification or coursework in project management considered an asset
  • Strong understanding of business operations, construction management, project management, competitive business models, accounting, and innovative approaches for meeting customer requirements
  • Deep understanding of business process re-engineering, process improvement, and redesign methodologies
  • Expert user of IS systems, databases, and reporting tools
