Job Title: Chief Procurement Officer

Radar-Doloretegholor African food distribution Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Chief Procurement Officer to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing high-quality merchandise for resale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Study market reports, trade periodicals, and sales promotion materials to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of merchandise.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
  • Negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation arrangements with suppliers to optimize purchasing decisions.
  • Oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
  • Review requirements of the establishment and determine the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase.
  • Select and purchase merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • Bilingual language skills.
  • 30 hours per week.
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
  • MS Excel.
  • MS Word.
