- Prepare Daily Summaries: Compile and distribute daily summaries to ensure all stakeholders are informed.
- Adhere to KPIs: Monitor and manage key performance indicators to drive operational excellence.
- Assign Work Orders: Effectively allocate work orders to technicians to optimize productivity.
- Consolidate Inputs: Gather and prioritize inputs from various sources to inform maintenance decisions.
- Communicate with Stakeholders: Keep customers and stakeholders informed through clear and timely communication.
- Conduct Operational Reviews: Perform pre- and post-intervention reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the preventive maintenance vision of the company.
- Monitor KPIs and Manage Discrepancies: Ensure accurate monitoring of KPIs and manage discrepancies to drive continuous improvement.
- Perform RIPs (Potential Impact Reviews): Conduct thorough reviews to assess potential impacts on operations.
- Write Work Permits: Develop and issue work permits to ensure safe and efficient maintenance activities.
- Support the Maintenance Leader: Collaborate with the maintenance leader to drive operational excellence.
- Participate in DMM: Actively contribute to the Daily Maintenance Meeting to address operational issues.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in maintenance coordination. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Secondary Degree: Hold a secondary degree or equivalent.
- 2-5 Years of Experience: Possess 2-5 years of experience in a maintenance coordination role.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams.
- Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Bilingualism: Be proficient in both French and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Time Management: Demonstrate the ability to manage time effectively in a high-volume job environment.
- MS Project Suite: Have a strong understanding of the MS Project suite and its applications in maintenance coordination.
- ERP Module (Maximo): Possess experience working with an ERP module, specifically Maximo.
