Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Skyservice. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for coordinating major inspections on aircraft, participating in meetings, and managing inspection work packages.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate major inspections on aircraft
  • Participate in meetings related to assigned major inspections
  • Manage inspection work packages and oversee the full inspection process
  • Review inspection work packages and coordinate requirements for materials, parts, tooling, and outside services
  • Identify and track milestones with the Project Manager
  • Participate in problem-solving and finding solutions
  • Assess identified defects and provide information to rectify
  • Complete relevant technical documentation
  • Support purchasing when applicable
  • Review work packs, billing groups, and invoices for accuracy
  • Responsible for all technical documentation and log releases

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Valid M2 Transport Canada AME License
  • Minimum of five (5) years related experience in aircraft maintenance
  • Strong computer skills focused on Microsoft 365 programs
  • Solid understanding of CAR's
  • Proven experience with planning and coordinating aircraft maintenance activities
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Team player

Education:


  • Completed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer program or equivalent
