Position Overview

In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Global Head of Contact Center and be instrumental in steering organizational strategy and transformation management for our Global Contact Centers. Your duties will encompass strategic development, stakeholder engagement, transformational communication, and ensuring the successful execution of the vision, mission, and strategic goals of the Global Contact Center.
