Job Title: Vice President

Funvilla is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Establish and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed financial decisions.
  • Lead and manage a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations, official functions, and other external activities.
  • Conduct performance reviews, plan schedules, and oversee the safety of operations.
  • Market business services, organize day-to-day business operations, and plan budgets.
  • Hire and direct staff, evaluate safety programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior management position.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, make sound judgments, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
