About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Manitoba Aerospace. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Brand Management: Manage and maintain the company's brand identity, including brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, and social media posts, to engage with customers and promote the company's products and services.
  • Marketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation systems to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and marketing automation.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning (STP).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
