As a Tiffany Client Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Representing the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, utilizing your unique style to make each client's experience exceptional.
  • Being an outstanding communicator and brand representative, showcasing your passion for Tiffany in every discussion while demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit in all your endeavors.
  • Cultivating client relationships and surpassing commercial objectives by nurturing your own business through relationship-building and exceeding sales goals.
  • Promoting a culture of client engagement, encouraging an entrepreneurial mindset, and reinforcing client development to expand outreach efforts.

Sales:

  • Strengthening relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty and increased spending.
  • Consistently meeting or surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Gathering client data and nurturing both new and existing client relationships.
  • Generating a significant portion of sales through repeat business from clients.
  • Identifying innovative strategies to enhance your business by delivering an elevated client experience during each appointment.
  • Driving sales through key product categories.
  • Engaging clients through curiosity and discovery on a daily basis.

Service:

  • Enhancing the in-store experience by consistently creating memorable moments for every client.
  • Demonstrating enthusiasm as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every sales interaction, utilizing the Tiffany Touch—your personal touch.
  • Exhibiting Client Experience Behaviors as outlined in the NPS program, embracing client feedback to elevate every in-store experience into a memorable occasion.
  • Implementing best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences while acting on Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance and client feedback.
  • Connecting with clients' wardrobes to provide personalized styling advice.

Experience

Required:

  • Background in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-focused experience (e.g., hospitality).
  • Proven success in achieving commercial results.
  • Ability to establish connections with clients.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Capability to engage with a diverse clientele.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Must possess authorization to work in the relevant country.

Desired:

  • A college or university degree.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.
