Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are delivered to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Food Quality: Ensure that all food meets our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
