- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of staff attendance, training, and performance.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Previous experience in a food service or restaurant management role.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to train and develop staff members.
