We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at IKON Complete Inc. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our customer base and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and meet sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Drive progressive sales growth through effective sales strategies and initiatives.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies, budgets, and plans.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and proposal development to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including design, prepress, printing, finishing, and shipping, to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5 years of professional sales experience in the printing industry, with a focus on flexible packaging products including shrinking sleeves, pouches, base wrap, flow wrap, onsert IRCS, dry peel IRCS, reseal it, and overwrap.
- Track Record: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively to solve problems and drive business growth.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Travel: Able to travel within Ontario as needed.
- Presentation Skills: Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
