Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at A-CLASS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
    • Answer clients' inquiries and provide information.
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Other Benefits
