Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive soccer programs for youth players, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide expert coaching and guidance to players, focusing on individual skill development and team strategy.
  • Team Management: Oversee the management of our youth soccer teams, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with parents and players.
  • Player Evaluation: Assess player skills and abilities, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for player development.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with players, parents, and staff, ensuring a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in soccer coaching or a related field.
  • Certifications: Level 5 Certificate in Coaching.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
Work Environment

Our ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an outdoor environment, with the ability to stand for extended periods and travel to various locations.
