Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 2675829 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient supply chain management.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Customer Relations: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
- Language: English.
