Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Neighbors Convenience Market. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our store staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
  • Staff Management
    • Hire, train, and develop our store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management
    • Order merchandise and manage our inventory levels to ensure we have the right products in stock at the right time.
  • Store Operations
    • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure our store is well-staffed during peak periods.
    • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform our business decisions.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail store management role.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term
    • Permanent position.

    • English.
  • Hours
    • 35 hours per week.
