Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Best Western Premier. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Assist housekeeping staff in performing duties
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments
  • Establish work schedules

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks
  • Flexibility and adaptability

Working Conditions:

Our housekeeping team works in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines. You will be required to work in a hotel, motel, or resort setting, and may be exposed to cleaning chemicals and other hazards.
