Underwriting Manager/AVP, Public Management Liability

We are seeking a seasoned Underwriting Manager/AVP to lead our National Accounts Management Liability and Financial Institutions portfolios. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the underwriting process, making informed decisions, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of underwriters to identify new business opportunities and ensure timely and accurate underwriting decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key distributors and stakeholders to drive business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze sales pipeline and production metrics to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- 7+ years of experience in Public Management Liability Underwriting/Financial Institutions or Market Facing area.
- 2+ years of management experience.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
