Sani Marc Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Internal Sales to oversee our nationwide inside sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing inside sales strategies that align with our company's overall objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring consistency in our inside sales processes and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase inside sales revenue
* Training and leading a team of inside sales representatives to maximize performance
* Overseeing the management of customer accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Identifying and implementing improvements in internal sales processes, including the use of technology and CRM tools
* Preparing accurate sales forecasts and providing regular reports to management

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a focus on inside sales
* Bilingualism is required as you will manage both English and French-speaking employees and clients
