About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Express Repair Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
    • Assign and review work to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Operational Logistics
    • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization
    • Co-ordinate maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols
    • Conduct regular security checks to prevent theft and damage
  • Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational goals
    • Provide technical advice and guidance to team members
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or operations role
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
