- Education: You must have a college or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience: You must have at least 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
- Support for Persons with Disabilities: You will provide mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: You will support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition and provide mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
- Support for Youths: You will provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Support for Indigenous People: You will develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations and provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees.
- Support for Visible Minorities: You will provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.

- Hours of Work: You will work 30 to 40 hours per week.
