Resident Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Resident Manager to join our team at 65 Bonaccord in Moncton, New Brunswick. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the property, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the property's maintenance and repairs, including cleaning, minor repairs, and diagnosing and resolving problems.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of onsite tradespeople, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Respond to emergencies and on-call duties, enforcing the rules and regulations of the property.
- Host resident events and activities, fostering a sense of community and connection among residents.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in property management or a related field.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques, with the ability to diagnose and resolve problems.
