**Job Summary**

Killam Apartment REIT is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Resident Property Manager to join our team at 65 Bonaccord in Moncton, New Brunswick. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the property, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, including cleaning, minor repairs, and maintenance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of on-site tradespeople and contractors.
  • Respond to emergencies and on-call duties, enforcing property rules and regulations.
  • Host resident events and activities to foster a sense of community.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve property goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
