Responsibilities- Cleaning Tasks: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs.
- Equipment Operation: Utilize industrial vacuum cleaners to eliminate dirt, debris, and refuse.
- Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers regularly.
- Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Maintenance Coordination: Contact contractors for necessary repairs and maintenance of the facility.
- Furniture Handling: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Restroom Sanitation: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures thoroughly.
- Independent Work: Perform tasks with minimal supervision.
- Seasonal Duties: Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas during winter months.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
