Data Science Leader

At Blend360, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in advancing the field of Data Science within our Supply Chain organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Data Science Strategies: You will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead Data Science Teams: You will lead a team of data scientists and analysts to deliver high-quality data-driven solutions to our clients.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: You will stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure that our organization remains competitive.
- Master's Degree in Statistics, Math, or Data Analytics: You must have a master's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, math, or data analytics.
- 5+ Years of Experience in Data Science: You must have at least 5 years of experience in data science, with a focus on supply chain analytics.
- Advanced Data Science Skills: You must have advanced skills in data science software languages such as R, Python, and Scala.
- Experience with Cloud-Based Platforms: You must have experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google.
- Strong Communication Skills: You must have strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data-driven insights to stakeholders.
