Job Title: General Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit General Labourer to join our team at Artistic Landscaping Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to crop care, grounds maintenance, and farm operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply fertilizers and pesticides as instructed to promote healthy crop growth
  • Clean and maintain farm equipment and tools
  • Clear and collect brush and debris from fields and work areas
  • Grade and package produce for market
  • Harvest and plant crops, including seedlings and mature plants
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Perform manual labour tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Transport and load/unload crates, supplies, and farm produce
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and physically demanding environment, with regular exposure to dust, all weather conditions, and heavy lifting.
