Job Title: Landscaping Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Labourer to join our team at Artistic Landscaping Ltd. as a key member of our outdoor maintenance crew.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, and performing various other outdoor tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including laying sod or seed, planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, and applying fertilizers.
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a well-manicured appearance.
  • Cut grass and perform other outdoor maintenance tasks as required.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other machinery.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure healthy growth.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in landscaping or a related field an asset.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Working Conditions:
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • May be required to work at heights or in confined spaces.
  • May be exposed to dust, noise, and other environmental hazards.
