Pharmacy Manager

At Loblaw Companies Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide exceptional patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and technicians to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and services.
- Manage and control medication inventory levels to ensure adequate supply and minimize waste.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on pharmacy operations, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze sales and revenue data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote pharmacy services and products.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or related field.
- Registration with the Association of Canadian Pharmacists (ACP) and injection certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions.
