We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of pharmacy staff, providing guidance and direction to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Oversee the preparation, dispensing, and control of medications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring that medications and supplies are adequate to meet customer needs.
- Counsel patients on new and additional medications, providing education and support to promote healthy outcomes.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our pharmacy services and products.
- Monitor and control costs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, registered with the Association of Canadian Pharmacists (ACP), injection certified, and APA certified.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy environment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach others.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of professionalism.
- Proven ability to build business using community-based marketing strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to formulate and execute action plans.
- Strong personal computing skills, with knowledge of Healthwatch Pharmacy systems an asset.
