Job Title: Receptionist-Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist-Secretary to join our team at Ortho Lévis inc.

Job Summary:

The Receptionist-Secretary will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and policies.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the switchboard, answer and direct calls, and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, maintain accurate and up-to-date files, and assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in French.
