The Commercialization Project Management Specialist will play a crucial role in overseeing data initiation and validation for various projects, including New Products, Updates, and Supply Chain initiatives. This role encompasses managing both ECC data and interim processes, ensuring that all project milestones are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage data creation across multiple systems for New Products, Packaging, and related initiatives.
  • Oversee data portfolio management across various business sectors.
  • Collaborate with project teams and manufacturing locations to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Work closely with internal and global teams to facilitate data setup and meet project timelines.
  • Assist the project manager in coordinating data requirements and guiding project plans.
  • Conduct Data Validation and BOM Reviews.
  • Serve as a technical data subject matter expert for cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze data and create specifications to support Sales Launch activities.
  • Provide monthly reports on data analytics, issues, and resolutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Strong ability to manage data in dynamic environments.
  • Proven capability to handle multiple priorities and proactively address potential challenges.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on anticipating internal customer needs.
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP/S4 systems.
