Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planner to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a Financial Planner, you will be responsible for providing expert financial planning advice to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses to identify clients' financial goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement personalized financial plans to help clients achieve their goals
  • Provide ongoing financial planning and investment advice to clients
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to other TD products and services
  • Collaborate with other TD professionals to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure clients receive the best possible advice

Requirements

  • University degree and/or 3-5 years of industry experience
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) required
  • IIROC license preferred
  • Complete Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH) within first 90 days in role
  • Complete Wealth Management Essentials (WME) within first 30 months in role
  • Achieve Certified Financial Planner designation within first 2 years in role
