Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Frigg Business Solutions inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead our organization to success.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and vision for the organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to support business objectives and initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations, meetings, and other official functions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a business services setting.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:
  • Work Setting: Business services.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

  • Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Excellent Written Communication: Ability to write clear, concise, and effective reports, emails, and other written communications.
  • Judgement: Ability to make sound judgements and decisions, with a focus on achieving business objectives.
  • Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
