Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Drilling Floorhand to join our team at Precision Drilling Canada Limited Partnership. As a Drilling Floorhand, you will be responsible for assisting in the drilling and well service operations, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of drilling projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of drilling equipment and tools
  • Handle, sort, and move drill pipes, tools, and other materials
  • Clean up rig areas and maintain a safe working environment
  • Assist in the transportation of drilling and service rigs and equipment
  • Perform other duties as required to support drilling operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in drilling and well service operations an asset
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with regular exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards associated with drilling and well service operations. The candidate must be able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a physically demanding environment.
