Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Import-Export Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our import and export activities, while maintaining compliance with international regulations and customs standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Import and Export Operations: Ensure that all import and export activities are conducted in accordance with international regulations and customs standards.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and verify all necessary documents, including customs forms, invoices, and certificates of origin.
  • Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and logistics providers.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (and a third language is an asset).
  • Logistics and Compliance Experience: Proven experience in import and export operations, logistics, and compliance.
  • Organizational and Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
