Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Renovation Specialist to join our team at Lauresco. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in various renovation and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Operate a forklift
Requirements
  • Forklift Operator Certification
  • Hand tools experience
  • Criminal record check
  • Driving record check (abstract)
  • Drug test
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Own vehicle
Work Environment

As a Renovation Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and handle heavy loads. You must be physically demanding and have good manual dexterity.
