About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Concrete and Cement Finishing Supervisor to join our team at Delta Waterproofing Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate construction projects and teams to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Estimate and Manage costs, materials, and equipment to optimize project efficiency and profitability.
  • Read and Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Lead and Instruct individuals and teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Requisition and Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Construction, Fabrication, Industrial, Maintenance, and Repair environments.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, Reliable, Team Player, and ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
Language and Work Term
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
