Job Title: Construction Site Foreman/Woman

Les Entrepreneurs Bucaro Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare production and other reports to ensure accurate tracking of project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects and meet client expectations.
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Resolve conflict situations in a fair and timely manner to maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
