Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Foreman/Woman to join our team at Les Entrepreneurs Bucaro Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management
  • Coordinate and schedule activities with other project supervisors and managers
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Supervise and train construction workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that may arise on site
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English or French
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
