Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are working effectively and efficiently.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are rotated regularly.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals, communicating effectively and providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- Work Setting: This role is based in a retail business environment.
- Tasks: The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including assigning sales workers to duties, authorizing payments, and preparing reports.
- Supervision: The Retail Store Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 people.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: The successful candidate will possess excellent client focus, be organized, reliable, and a team player.
