We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Appointment Setter to join our team at Mortgage Marketing Animals in partnership with Connection, Inc.

This is a work-from-home opportunity that offers a fantastic chance to be part of a dynamic and innovative team culture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for pursuing prospects through various communication platforms, qualifying inbound sales leads, and converting them into appointments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Pursuing prospects through phone calls, emails, texts, and other communication platforms.
  • Qualifying inbound sales leads and converting them into appointments.
  • Keeping information organized and updating client notes daily in the CRM system.
  • Ensuring sales goals are met by tracking daily sales performance goals and key metrics.
  • Participating in regular meetings and ongoing training and professional development.
  • Communicating regularly with the marketing and leadership team.

Requirements include:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • A history of success in meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Superb communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with multiple CRMs and applications.
  • Ability to work from proven scripts but think on the fly.
  • Adaptability and a growth-minded attitude.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including $40,000 + Commission CAD, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
