POSITION SUMMARY

As a Supply Chain Systems Analyst within our technology division, you will be pivotal in enhancing our warehouse and logistics systems that are essential to the Fashion Nova operations. Your role will involve collaboration with various teams and systems that are fundamental to our operational success and customer satisfaction. Fashion Nova is experiencing rapid growth, presenting numerous opportunities for development and software implementation projects. This position is crucial for our team's ability to deliver effective solutions across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze and define current processes to fulfill business requirements and identify enhancements throughout the project and product life cycles, while advising management on potential process improvements. Gather and document requirements from diverse business users by identifying operational objectives, goals, and limitations - Take ownership of the requirements for your area and cultivate strong relationships with business stakeholders, becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the technology domain. Communicate modifications, enhancements, and updates to stakeholders to ensure clarity regarding issues and solutions. Collaborate with technical development teams (both in-house and third-party), program managers, and business stakeholders to define scope, estimate effort, and oversee development. Ensure that all technical specifications are clearly articulated to guarantee that the system delivers business value, maintains performance, and is resilient. Assist the development team in evaluating changes to data contracts and schemas. Simplify technical issues for business users – possess a basic understanding of programming techniques and infrastructure, along with knowledge of the complete software development and project management lifecycle. Oversee the deployment of system changes and provide support and training to users on various systems and applications. Monitor the adoption and effectiveness of new systems, processes, and tools to identify improvement opportunities; suggest mitigation strategies and process enhancements. Develop test cases and scenarios and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, with at least four years of experience in a Systems Analyst role focusing on Information Technology and Supply Chain Management. A minimum of four years of technology experience with warehouse management systems (preferably HighJump and/or Manhattan Associates). Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies – including sorters, put-to-light systems, and WCS integrations, particularly in relation to host systems, shipping tools, and parcel carriers. Understanding of retail and/or eCommerce operations, especially in ERP and WMS areas. Proficiency in SQL. Experience utilizing prototyping, modeling, and process flow tools. Proven ability to define workflows and processes in a dynamic, agile, and distributed environment. Strong communication and documentation skills. Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) is advantageous. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. This position operates Monday through Friday during core business hours, with an onsite requirement.
