About The Drake Inn

We are a reputable hospitality company seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff

We are looking for a candidate who can recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to meet the high standards of our hotel.

Supervise and Coordinate Activities

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Inspect Facilities

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Recommend Additional Services

You will identify areas where additional services are required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment, and recommend these to management.

Assist Cleaners

You will work closely with our cleaning staff to ensure that they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.

Coordinate with Other Departments

You will work closely with other departments, such as maintenance and housekeeping, to ensure that our facilities are running smoothly and efficiently.
