Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the housekeeping team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repairs, or renovations, and recommend these to management.
  • Assist with Daily Tasks: Assist housekeeping staff with their daily tasks, ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance and engineering, to ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, manual dexterity, combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, reliability
