Position Overview

The primary role of the Golf Services Coordinator is to manage the organization of golf carts, clubs, and players in preparation for their rounds. This position focuses on supporting the golf shop and starters in the outdoor operations of the golf course. The Coordinator will serve as a representative for guest services, addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

Adhere to established opening and closing protocols for the Golf Back Shop Assist in the coordination of tournaments and special events Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned before and after use Maintain the fleet of golf carts consistently Confirm that golfers are checked in prior to their rounds Stay informed about current golf rates, programs, and resort amenities Provide assistance with golfers' equipment from the parking area and bag drop Keep the patio, garage, driving range, and gardens clear of litter and debris Manage the lost and found program effectively Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School diploma is an asset Previous experience in golf is preferred, or equivalent knowledge of the sport Experience in a guest service role is beneficial

Physical Requirements

Must be capable of exerting over 100 pounds of force occasionally, over 50 pounds frequently, and over 20 pounds constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects

Work Eligibility : Must be authorized to work in Canada
