We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team at Master Halco. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support for our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network issues.
- Collaborate with vendors and plant engineers to support workstations running manufacturing equipment and OT support.
- Implement network hardening measures to protect against potential cyber threats and reinforce data protection.
- Install and configure new software, computers, or peripheral equipment.
- Maintain existing software and hardware by making changes, applying updates, installing drivers, or performing simple repairs as needed.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365.
- Experience supporting VOIP and collaboration tools.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or other Cisco certifications are preferred.
- WAN experience is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Critical thinking with problem-solving skills and ability to operate and troubleshoot assigned equipment.
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies with a track record of achievements.
- IT Industry certifications or a degree in a related field of study.
- 5+ years of increasingly responsible experience in information technology, help desk, technical support, and communications with project management.
This role requires the ability to sit, climb, stand, lift, and/or move 50lbs. The work environment is a manufacturing and/or office setting.
